Our Wedding service is available with our Coffee Camper Van. We are able to set up at either your Wedding service location or reception venue, whether that be a Churchyard, Country House or marquee.
Our Wedding Service includes our fully stocked van, our fully trained Barista, a colour coded ribbon for our van and personalised cups, branded with the Bride & Grooms name and wedding date.
Once we have established your specific requirements, we will tailor our package to suit your requirements including:

Our Hire Packages start from £395.00; which includes up to 120 drinks, but a bespoke price would be sent to you once we know full event criteria.

Wedding coffee service pricing depends on guest numbers, service duration and location. Camperlatte offers bespoke wedding coffee bar packages with clear minimum spends and no hidden fees.
What’s included in your wedding coffee bar packages?
Our wedding coffee packages include a fully equipped mobile coffee van, professional baristas, speciality espresso drinks, milk alternatives, cups, setup and pack-down. Optional extras such as personalised cups and extended service are available.
Is there a minimum spend for wedding coffee van hire?
Yes. We operate a minimum spend for weddings, which varies by date, season and location. Peak dates may require a higher minimum spend.
Do you travel for weddings outside Hampshire?
Yes. Based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, we provide wedding coffee service across the South Coast and UK-wide. Travel costs are included clearly in your personalised quote.
Can we customise our wedding coffee menu?
Absolutely. You can choose your drinks menu, milk options and any add-ons to match your wedding style, theme and guest preferences.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking your wedding coffee service as early as possible, especially for summer weekends. Popular dates can book up 12–18 months in advance.
